My name is John Neale. I was born in England in 1965. I work as a classical singer in northern Europe. I have a base in Britain, and my main home is in Freiburg, Germany, where I live with my wife, Julia Thornton, and son Christopher Neale. I also run the internet and database firm, Webshowcase.net.
I set up the Insulin Pump Webring in 1998, running it using Webring.org. This was later taken over by Yahoo. In October 2001 I switched the webring over to use RingLink software.
I've had Type 1 diabetes since I was 11 years old, and have used an insulin pump since 1998. I founded the Insulin Pumpers UK discussion group, and maintain the Insulin Pumpers UK website.
